The Yunoyama Onsen is a hot spring town located at an altitude of 400m on the slopes of Mount Gozaisho, where ryokans are lined up along the Mitsutaki River gorge. The hot spring town has the base station of the Gozaisho Ropeway, which can take you to the top of Mount Gozaisho in 12 minutes, in addition to being a starting point for major hiking trails. In early summer, Akayashio and many colorful flowers bloom, adding color to Gozaisho and delighting the eyes of hikers and visitors to Yunoyama Onsen.
