The 'Midsummer Festival' celebrates the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, an event as important as Christmas in the Nordic countries, where the summer season is short. At Metsa Village, various events, inspired by the summer traditions of the Nordics, will be arranged in a unique Metsa style ahead of Japan's early summer. Look forward to decorations with giant flower crowns inspired by the flags of 8 Nordic countries, the bonfire symbolizing the summer solstice, mid-summer sales, and special menus.
