Parent-Child Ball Play Class

By exercising together with their parents, children can enhance communication and strengthen their bonds with their parents. It also promotes children's physical fitness and athletic abilities, fosters social skills, and provides parents with refreshing mental and physical benefits while addressing lack of exercise. Have fun moving your bodies energetically while enjoying various balls (such as balloon volleyball and soft volleyball) and deepen the communication between parents and children. You might even meet new friends!\n\n■Note\nIndoor shoes are required, and please participate in comfortable clothing. Also, bring a drink for hydration.
