[Kaisuiyaku] Okitsu Beach

Okitsu Bay is also a refuge port, characterized by calm waves, and it rarely gets closed for swimming. The sandy beach is wide, and there is a park with parking nearby, making it recommended for families with small children. In 2023, it received the international environmental certification Blue Flag, the second of its kind in the prefecture. It's a gentle beach that everyone can enjoy, and it's delightful that the sea is just a short walk from JR Sotobo Line's Katsuso Okitsu Station!
