Remake Workshop "Let's Remake a Shirt with Handwoven Decor"
Experience both hand weaving and remaking
Using handwoven fabric made with a simple loom and a zipper, we will remake a simple shirt or eco bag. The instructor is Tomoko Utagawa, the representative of the Japan Loom Weaving Association. In the morning, you will experience hand weaving using the hand loom "Oririn" with hemp cord. In the afternoon, you will combine the woven fabric and zipper to decorate your shirt or eco bag as you like. Please bring a cotton or hemp shirt or eco bag. If you want to try hand weaving or remaking, please join us.
