About 100 koinobori hung at the confluence of Niyugawa and Kinokawa swim gracefully in the spring breeze. This event, which marks its 40th time, has been passed down through generations. The scene of koinobori over Niyugawa that I saw as a child is now something I gaze at with my children as a parent.
