Sen'nic Festival

The festival of Nyoiji Temple located on the shores of Kumihama Bay.
The Sen'nic Festival originally comes from the festival of Nyoiji Temple, which is built on the shores of Kumihama Bay. It is said that if you visit the main deity, the Eleven-faced Kannon, on this day, you will receive the benefits of a thousand days of pilgrimage. The giant character will be lit on Kabuto Mountain, and about 1,700 fireworks will beautifully color the summer night while lanterns float on Kumihama Bay. The memorial lantern reception is from 17:00. The fireworks are scheduled to start at 19:30.
