[Beach] Shiratsuru Beach

One of Japan's top 100 beautiful swimming beaches, and one of the few designated beaches within Kumamoto Prefecture. The 1.3 km long white sand beach got its name because it resembles a crane spreading its wings. The transparency of the water is outstanding, and activities such as surfing can be enjoyed. You can also enjoy sunsets sinking on the horizon.
