Ongaku-ji Temple is famous for its stunning hydrangeas blooming during the rainy season. The temple grounds are home to 33 varieties and about 1,200 hydrangea plants, and their vibrant appearance during the rainy season soothes the hearts of visitors. An event called the 'Hydrangea Festival' is held every year to coincide with the blooming season.
