Zen meditation is recommended to lighten stress and worries. Held in the summer in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. Learn the secrets of Zen (What to do in your head?) that you can't learn in a temple. Includes a friendly discussion session to answer everyone's questions and concerns. The host is Ryuushun Kusanagi, the author of 'Practicing Non-Reactivity' and 'Technique of Anger'. Please come and enjoy a time to cleanse your heart. Reservation required.
