31st Shimabara Onsen Gamadasu Fireworks Festival

The display features about 2,000 fireworks, including 1.5-shaku balls, colorful thousand-ring fireworks, and wide star mines, creating a breathtaking night sky. Along National Route 251 in front of Shimabara Port, stalls line the street, bustling with many people. Since you're going, it's also recommended to relax at Shimabara Onsen. ※Traffic restrictions will be in place from 7 PM to 10 PM along the approximately 800m stretch from "Shimabara Outer Port Intersection to Unzen East Climbing Entrance Intersection" on National Route 57, and vehicle entry will be prohibited in nearby areas during the same period. ■Notes Drone flying is prohibited. Due to expected congestion on the day, using public transportation is recommended.
