31st Shimabara Onsen Gamadasu Fireworks Festival

The fireworks display featuring around 2000 shots, including 1.5-shaku balls, color-changing chrysanthemum effects, and wide star mines, creates a breathtaking night sky spectacle. Along National Route 251 in front of Shimabara Port, stalls line the street, bustling with a large crowd. Since you're going, it's also recommended to relax in Shimabara Onsen. *Traffic control will be in effect on the approximately 800m stretch along National Route 57 'Shimabara Outer Port Intersection to Unzen East Climbing Trail Intersection' from 7 PM to 10 PM, and vehicles will be prohibited from entering the nearby areas during the same time.
