The Kitamoto Festival "Evening Festival" is a major event in Kitamoto City and one of the largest neputa festivals in Kanto. During the day, various performances are showcased, and from the evening, approximately 20 "Hirosaki-style fan neputa" and parade floats, as well as a competition of festival music and joint performances of neputa music, take place, attracting many people. Additionally, this year, the bizarre festival 'Ootawarikizuki' from our sister city, 'Aizubashakuma Town in Fukushima Prefecture', is planned to be held simultaneously.
