166th Anniversary of Opening Port Hakodate Port Festival

The grand event 'Hakodate Port Festival' that colors the summer of Hakodate will kick off the events. On the first day, the 'Hokkaido Shimbun Fireworks Festival,' and on the 2nd and 3rd, 'Wasshoi Hakodate' will have a parade consisting of 3 parts: Hakodate Port Dance, Children's Squid Dance & Summer Carnival, and Hakodate Squid Dance. In addition, the event period will be filled with festival atmosphere with the operation of flower train and food stalls.
