"Wait, can you eat this grass?!" Experience foraging and observing Japanese herbs in the nature of Tsukigase. A cooking experience with freshly harvested herbs (Japanese herb lunch) and a tea-picking experience as well. Please take the observation sheet and recipe home as souvenirs. General incorporated association Japanese Herb Association corporate members, each must have their own insurance. Dress code: long-sleeved shirts, long pants, boots, insect repellent, etc. Bring: writing utensils. Tasting available (please inform in advance of any allergies).
