Sankeien Plum Event

Once known as the "phantom plum", Sugita plum is the focus of this event. We welcome cooking researcher Yukiko Ichihara as our lecturer to give a presentation on the characteristics and processing methods of plums (with souvenirs included). After the lecture, attendees can enjoy a special limited lunch filled with dishes that highlight the qualities of plums. Additionally, we will have limited sales of umeboshi and condiments made with Sugita plums (available for purchase only). Discover, taste, and enjoy the culture of preserving plums.
