Introducing the charm of "karakuri," which can be seen as the origin of craftsmanship from the perspective of "moving and rotating things." A collection of karakuri works from around the world, including the Edo period's well-known "Edo karakuri dolls" and the exquisite mechanisms and artistic qualities of "Western antique automatons," will be on display. Visitors can experience the world of moving art through live demonstrations of the works. Various activities such as "string puppet theater," "creating karakuri music boxes," and "special karakuri guided tours by the curator" will also be held.
