[Flowers・Peak Viewing] Akagiyama Rhododendrons

Akagiyama is one of the top destinations for rhododendrons in the Kanto region. From late May to mid-June, 14 varieties and 500,000 rhododendrons bloom near the summit, painting the entire mountain in bright orange.

Access

About 70 minutes from Maebashi IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, about 60 minutes from Akagi IC, and about 60 minutes from Isesaki IC on the North Kanto Expressway.

Take the bus to "Akagiyama Visitor Center" from JR Maebashi Station and get off at "Akagi Plaza Mae"
