The unique Yamazakura that Kano is proud of
Kinsho Sakura is a giant Yamazakura cherry tree located in the Kinsho area of Kano. The tree stands about 30m tall! With a trunk circumference of approximately 3m, this giant tree is overwhelming when you stand beside it. Every year in mid-April, it blooms with white flowers and is known as one of the most unique cherry trees in Shunan City.
